Compensation Plan - Reality Networkers
Although Reality-Networkers is an organization where people working together to help each other succeed in online marketing, we do have a default system so our members can apply their knowledge and skills right away to help them earn some money. But no, our ambition does not end there. Every Reality-Networkers is aiming to succeed in every online opportunity out there. Upon achieving the necessary knowledge and skills and with a group of actual active referrals, Reality-Networkers will be moving into every possible online opportunity and dominate them all.
Understanding that most online opportunities out there are using matrices which require each of its member to refer 2 ~ 5 people, we will be setting our default system to a 5 x 6 matrix so we¡¦ll be able to enter almost all of the other matrices with our default system.
But keep in mind that the focus is not the matrix. Because the matrix and the system mean nothing without a group of active members, so our aim is still to educate, and to create a group of active members.
The default system is just there to help our members to have a better understanding on where they stand, and how skilled and active his own team of referrals are and of course to also provide income to the members while they are upgrading their online marketing knowledge and skills.

You are required to refer 5 active people into the program in order to receive first level commission. Note: Your first level people may not necessary be your own referrals as your uplines will be placing their own referrals to you.
You are required to help the 5 direct referrals under you to refer 5 active people of their own in order for you to receive the second level commission.
We will be communicating with them and make sure that they indeed have correspond with you and were not left alone. And yes, that also means your direct upline is "required" to help you to refer your own 5 people in order for him to get paid.
In order to receive the level 3 commissions, you will be given different tasks to do. This may include looking for new safelists to add to the list for the entire team to use, or contribute a portion of your level 3 commission to test out different promotion tools or many other tasks.
